AI Automation Engineer (Growth)

Overview

We're looking for an AI Automation Engineer to join Darwin AI and help us turn our day‑to‑day operations into a system of intelligent, self‑running workflows. You'll sit on the Data & AI team, reporting to our Head of Data and AI, but for your first ~4 months you'll be embedded with the Growth & Marketing team, automating the processes that move the business forward.

If you get excited by the idea of replacing repetitive work with smart agents — and you have the curiosity to learn a process deeply before automating it — this is for you.

You'll be the person who looks at a process — paid ads analysis, ad creation, social media content, reporting, data pipelines, internal ops — and says: this should run by itself. Then you go build that.

Responsibilities

• Understand and document marketing processes end-to-end (paid ads analysis, creative production, social media content generation, reporting, lead routing, attribution).
