We are seeking a AI Workflow Automation Engineer with deep experience in workflow automation and system orchestration to design and build the backbone of our human–AI collaboration platform. In this role, you will architect systems that intelligently route tasks between AI agents (powered by Claude via Anthropic's API) and human operators—ensuring routine work is handled autonomously while complex exceptions receive expert human attention.
