AI Automation Engineer

Job Summary

To support our continued growth and delivery of high‑quality products, we are seeking an AI Automation Engineer to join our team based at Batu Kawan, Penang.

Typical Day

• Good experience in AI algorithms of Classification & Detection, Time‑Series & Predictive Models, Anomaly Detection, Reinforcement Learning, Clustering & Recommendation.
• PLC programming (Siemens, Allen‑Bradley, Omron).
• SCADA systems and industrial communication protocols (Modbus, OPC UA).
• Robotics integration and backend connectivity.
• Safety standards and compliance in automation.
• Strong coding for automation scripts and middleware.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.
• 6–8 years in automation engineering, robotics, and industrial control systems.
• Proven PLC/SCADA programming and backend integration experience.
