Job Description
The AI Automation Developer will be responsible for the rapid design, development, and maintenance of internal applications that streamline Cilantro’s operations. Using AI-first development tools, the AI Automation Developer will transform manual business processes into functional, and automated digital tools.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Use AI development tools to build and deploy internal web applications and dashboards.
- Work closely with Cilantro’s internal teams to map out manual workflows and translate them into logical, automated digital processes.
- Connect internal tools with our existing ecosystem (e.g., communication tools like Teams/Slack) via APIs and/or middleware.
- Monitor developed applications performance, troubleshoot bugs generated during AI builds, and continuously update tools based on feedback from internal teams.
- Create How-to guides for internal teams and provide training to ensure high adoption of the developed tools.
