About the role:
Our client are a state government organisation based in Brisbane who are embracing AI and are looking for a Level 2 Support Analyst to join their growing team. You’ll handle and fix incidents, apply approved updates, and pass on tricky issues to specialist teams when needed. You’ll manage tasks in Jira, help with service reports, and keep everyone updated as issues get resolved.
