We’re seeking an AI technical support specialist to join Blink.New - the AI app creation platform that builds full stack ai apps and websites in seconds.

Responsibilities

As the AI Support Engineer, you are the point person for helping users with any questions they may have while building their websites or apps using Blink.

You work as the trusted advisor to each builder, helping them with any questions / bugs / issues they may face, so that they go further in their entrepreneurial journey with your help.

Required qualifications

• Experience developing websites, web apps, mobile apps
• Have basic understanding of React / React Native (at least one)
• Great written and verbal communication skills in English
• Power user of ChatGPT / Claude and can write great prompts easily
• Understand basic frontend / backend / database / authentication / hosting concept...
