AI Algorithm Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical planning and execution of the AI algorithm team , overseeing core directions including intelligent customer service, large language model applications (GPT), and personalized recommendation (individualized user experience)
• Drive the team's exploration of cutting‑edge AI technologies; champion AI Native development practices to improve overall R&D efficiency
• Lead the development of an AI platform , consolidating algorithmic capabilities and engineering infrastructure
• Collaborate closely with product and business teams to translate AI capabilities into tangible business value
• Recruit and develop algorithm talent; establish the team's technical culture and engineering standards
• Track industry frontiers (LLM, Agent, RAG, multimodal, etc.) and provide technical judgment and actionable adoption roadmaps
