We are looking for an AI Agent Developer & Prompt Engineer with 4+ years of experience to design, build, test, and optimize advanced AI driven agentic systems. In this role, you will work on automating business processes, developing AI agents using prompt engineering, building Python-based solutions with modern AI frameworks, and ensuring continuous system improvement. You will also handle voice data preprocessing for agentic AI models and design comprehensive testing methodologies. Collaboration with product and engineering teams to define measurable acceptance criteria is an essential part of the role.
