Job Summary

We are seeking an AI Quantitative Agent Intern to support the design, development, and iteration of AI-powered modular agent capabilities ('skills') for financial and quantitative systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop modular agent components to process financial data, support trading workflows, and monitor risk effectively
• Create reusable components to enhance AI-driven decision support systems
• Prototype rapidly and iterate using AI-assisted development tools to improve system functionality
• Test and evaluate tool-calling performance for large language models (e.g., Qwen, MiniMax) to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Improve model accuracy for interpreting structured instructions and automating workflows
