About the Role:

We’re looking for an AI Ads Specialist who lives and breathes performance creatives. This role is not about editing—it’s about generating high-converting ad concepts at scale using AI . If you understand what makes people stop scrolling, click, and convert, and can use AI to produce that consistently, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Generate scroll-stopping ad creatives (hooks, scripts, visuals, concepts) using AI tools
• Rapidly produce multiple creative variations for testing (volume + speed is key)
• Translate marketing angles into compelling, story-driven ad concepts
• Collaborate with editors and media buyers to align creatives with performance goals
• Iterate based on performance data (CTR, hook rate, conversions, etc.)
• Continuously test new formats, angles, and AI workflows to improve output
