Unikie is looking for an AI Adoption Mentor — Embedded Engineering to support our customer’s embedded software team in Tampere.

The goal of this role is to help embedded engineers use AI tools more effectively in their daily development work. You will work directly with the customer team, understand how they currently use AI, identify practical improvement areas, and mentor engineers in hands‑on AI usage.

This is not a pure embedded developer role and not a generic AI training role. We are looking for a senior technical person who combines embedded engineering experience, practical AI tool usage, customer collaboration, and mentoring skills.
