Agronomist

About the role

As our Broadacre Agronomist, you will be a key member of the Toowoomba branch and a trusted advisor to cropping clients across the Darling Downs and Western Downs region. Embedded in the community and working alongside our rural products teams, you’ll provide practical agronomic advice and support that helps growers make confident decisions across chemical, fertiliser, seed and soil health.

You’ll work both in the field and in-store—supporting clients with planning, input selection, and new technology adoption, while identifying opportunities to cross-sell Elders’ broader range of products and services. This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role focused on supporting grower success and sustainable, profitable outcomes.
