Introduction

This position is based in the Mpumalanga region mainly. The Agronomist provides technical leadership and market development support for Yara's premium product portfolio by delivering expert agronomic guidance, driving product adoption and supporting commercial growth.

Main Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical expert for Yara's premium portfolio, providing technical support to Sales, Marketing, distributors, agents, and farmers.
• Deliver technical training, presentations, field days, and educational programs for internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain technical resources, including product recommendations, application guidelines, technical literature, FAQs, and training materials.
• Provide agronomic recommendations on soil science, crop nutrition, and crop physiology to optimize crop performance and customer outcomes.
