Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:
Sensient Food Colors is a global leader in the development and manufacture of food colors for use throughout the world. The Field Manager role will coordinate with botanical colorant contract growers in the Philippines. The Field Manager will be based out of in any of these locations: Calabarzon, Iloilo, Palawan and General Santos City. The Field Manager will be a member of Sensient Agronomy team to accomplish the duties specified below.
MAIN OBJECTIVES:
Manages contract farming relationships in the region
Implements standardized Sensient agronomic practices across all farms from seed to post-harvest to maximize yield in terms of pigmentation and harvest output
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with Sensient’s agronomy team
Implements soil and water testing, GPS-positioning, and standardized farm record keeping across all contract farms
