Job Summary

Richardson Pioneer seeks an Agronomic Solutions Specialist to support farmers in Provost, AB.

Responsibilities

• Visit producers on their farms to identify agricultural needs specific to agronomy and crop production, contributing to increased sales volumes and overall location profitability.
• Provide agronomic services such as soil testing and recommendations of crop products.
• Develop location‑specific trial demonstrations and tours with customers.

Qualifications

• A post‑secondary degree or diploma in Agriculture is required.
• Relevant agronomic experience is required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Possess or be willing to obtain a Professional Agrologist or Technical Agrologist designation and/or a Certified Crop Advisor designation.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
