Agriculturist

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement best agricultural practices: Oversee all aspects of banana cultivation, including soil preparation, planting, fertilization, pest and disease control, and harvesting.
• Research and Development: Conduct research on new farming techniques, improved varieties, and sustainable agricultural practices to enhance yield and quality.
• Quality Control: Monitor the quality of banana production throughout the entire process, from planting to harvesting and post-harvest handling, to ensure compliance with international standards.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in banana cultivation, including knowledge of various farming techniques and best practices.
