Job Description

• Perform planting, cultivating, and harvesting of crops, ensuring adherence to agricultural best practices.
• Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment for planting, irrigation, and harvesting.
• Monitor crop health, assess soil conditions, and apply fertilizers, pesticides, or other treatments as needed.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and handle physically demanding tasks.
• Knowledge of basic farming techniques and machinery operation (experience preferred).
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and willingness to follow safety protocols.
