We are looking for result-driven Agri Sales Advisors to join our team and drive real revenue through farmer and dealer engagement.

This is an in-office role focused on inside sales, advisory, and conversions — not just handling queries.

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Talk to farmers, dealers, and distributors via calls & digital platforms
• Understand crop needs and recommend the right agri-input products
• Convert leads into paying customers (this is your core job)
• Follow up aggressively to close sales and drive repeat orders
• Maintain CRM data and track every interaction
• Provide basic crop advisory linked to product usage
• Work closely with internal teams for smooth order execution
