We are looking for result-driven Agri Sales Advisors to join our team and drive real revenue through farmer and dealer engagement.
This is an in-office role focused on inside sales, advisory, and conversions — not just handling queries.
What You’ll Do
Talk to farmers, dealers, and distributors via calls & digital platforms
Understand crop needs and recommend the right agri-input products
Convert leads into paying customers (this is your core job)
Follow up aggressively to close sales and drive repeat orders
Maintain CRM data and track every interaction
Provide basic crop advisory linked to product usage
Work closely with internal teams for smooth order execution
