Job Title: Agri Inspector – Assistant Job Location: Thunder Bay, Ontario Reports to: Operations Manager or Operations Supervisor Classification: Non-Exempt ( EEOC Code: Operations)

Job Summary

Primarily responsible for sampling and/or commodity collection performed in the field, completion of all

necessary paperwork, correct distribution of samples and timely communications with office staff. Occasionally, working in the office (and not in the field) will be necessary.

Responsibilities

❖ Perform field inspections on Vessels, Containers, Trucks and/or rail cars to ensure the customers

requirement are fulfilled. These inspections will require tasks such us holds/compartment cleanliness inspections, holds/compartment sealing, visual verification of equipment and cargo, sampling, taking temperatures, etc.
