2. Gross Saleable/Leasable area

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Coordinate all the activities of the project, be an interface between the vendors and the Architect /consultants and ensure no over runs in the project.

- Protect execution as per Architect’s diagrams;
ensure high quality standards in execution.

- Coordinate activities for interiors, low side services, Furniture, SMEP etc from design to execution and handing over.
