The role is responsible to drive large, complex, multi-phased initiatives that help deliver process improvement capabilities identified by BBS leadership. It acts as an enabler by playing a critical role in initiating projects, defining, structuring, and building a deliverable‑based plan to lead cross‑functional teams toward outcomes that provide business value and meet strategic objectives. The function operates under broad guidance from top management, requiring a high level of initiative and problem‑solving ability in a highly ambiguous environment within BBS.
