Agile Talent Resourcer

Responsibilities

• Proactively source independent consultant/interim talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other direct sourcing methods.
• Screen candidates against role requirements and Agile Talent Community criteria.
• Write and post adverts across multiple channels, ensuring they are on‑brand and inclusive.
• Keep candidates engaged and well‑informed from the first contact.
• Track campaign performance and feed MI into team reporting.
• Support continuous improvement across the resourcing process.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable resourcing and recruitment experience gained from a fast‑paced commercial environment.
• Experience in an in‑house talent or resourcing function, ideally within professional services.
• Experience managing a full sourcing lifecycle, from research through to shortlist.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter or comparable direct‑sourcing tools.
