Facilitate Agile ceremonies for various distributed streams (technical product delivery & DevOps onsite/offshore) including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand ups, sprint retrospectives, sprint reviews/showcases and release planning
Encourage collaboration and proactively seek opportunities to improve collaboration between distributed teams
Proactively plan and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of services for the designated products and projects
Assist with internal and external communication by transparently radiating information, espe-cially relative to historical team metrics, progress towards sprint and release goals, and team capacity
Manage release plans, iteration plans, and status reporting for the designated projects
Assists team with making appropriate commitments to tasks
