Agile Delivery Manager We are looking for an

Agile Delivery Manager

to join our team on a contract-to-hire

basis to work at our bank client. It is a combination of both

Scrum Master

and

Project Manager .

Typical Day in Role:

Facilitates key activities including Discovery, Story Mapping and Agile ceremonies.

Manages and coaches approaches to scope/time pressures.

Coaches the Product Owner (PO) in business value prioritization of work.

Coaches the team in effort and complexity estimation of work.

Facilitates planning/refining activities.

Develops the team to a high performing, self-organizing state using data driven coaching.

Keeps the team accountable to a Continuous Improvement Plan.

Shares expertise and knowledge of Agile Standard Practices (ASP), Project Delivery Life Cycle (PDLC), Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC) and helps maintain a record of art...
