Job Description
Seeking an Agile Coach to drive Agile adoption and support team workflows using ADO.
• Define how teams should use ADO within Agile processes (beyond technical configuration)
• Standardize sprint ceremonies, backlog structure, and definitions of done
• Run pilot teams and refine processes prior to scaling
• Coach managers, team leads, and delivery teams on Agile best practices
