Agentic Software Engineer

RYZ Labs is looking for an experienced Agentic Software Engineer to join one of our clients' teams. 
As an Agentic Software Engineer, you are a product-minded, customer-focused, full-stack engineer who builds and ships features using AI coding agents as everyday development tools. Working under general supervision with moderate autonomy, you independently deliver well-scoped features from implementation through production — using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot to write better code, faster. You exercise sound judgment on implementation approach and quality trade-offs, with your decisions directly affecting feature delivery timelines and code maintainability. You consult with senior engineers on architectural decisions and raise risks that require team-level discussion. You will work in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment that crosses multiple technology domains, business teams, and offices.
