What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Proven experience working with Python and Python frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI).
• Experience using AI engineering tools to accelerate software development (e.g., OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, or similar).
• Ability to prompt, guide, and review AI-generated code to ensure quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted or agentic development workflows, including orchestrating, validating, and integrating model-produced code into larger systems.
