As part of the deployment of AI Copilot agents, we are looking to structure a monitoring framework to manage their performance, quality, adoption, and cost.

YOUR ROLE

• Define and implement a monitoring framework covering response quality, performance & stability, user adoption, costs & FINOps.
• Contribute to the structuring of a standardised sandbox environment in collaboration with IT Infrastructure teams.
• Implement resource variability (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, etc.) for production deployment.
• Write recommendations and best practices for integration, deployment, and industrialisation of agents.
• Create a structured framework (metrics, dashboards, standards).
• Recommend architecture, processes, and development environment solutions.
• Deliver a first version of the monitoring solution (e.g., dashboards or automated reporting).
