- Attend airside operations for unloading and loading of aircraft
- Load planning by weight and balance of the flights according to company regulations
- Co-ordinate, monitor & supervise special cargo handling and warehouse build-up
- Co-ordinate with Airport Authorities, stations, departments and ground handler on cargo operations matters
- Co-ordinate loading plan with Sales and Reservation department and Ground Handler
- Co-ordinate with outstations on space allotments
- Co-ordinate cargo irregularities with outstations, customers and ground handler
- Ensure efficient of trucking arrangement
- Update shipment data into the computer system
- Handle crew related matters
- Resolving all cargo-flight related issues with all concerned
