The Role

This is a Permanent Full-Time position (Monday to Friday) focused on delivering high-level care and creating a vibrant home atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social, emotional, and spiritual fulfillment programs.

• Coordinate diverse group activities both on-site and in the local community.

• Set and track personalized lifestyle goals for residents.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary support team to ensure holistic resident care.

Requirements

• Qualification: Certificate IV in Lifestyle and Leisure (or equivalent).
