Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Territory Sales Lead

• Work closely with sales representatives to deliver appropriate Ag Innovation solutions to farm customers in territory.
• Partner with the Ag Innovation Manager and Ag Innovation Senior Lead to develop, improve, and refine existing Ag Innovation services and evaluate opportunities for new service offerings.
• Support promotion and training for Ag Innovation services to farmers and sales representatives.
• Continuously expand knowledge of Ag Innovation and industry technology.
