SUMMARY

Drives supply chain strategies for Fixed Operations (service parts and accessories) by fostering relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders (including Subaru Corporation [SBR]/Subaru of Indiana Automotive [SIA]), ensuring overall efficiencies and driving continuous improvement to support business growth and operational excellence. The role requires a strategic, analytical, and results-oriented mindset to drive efficiencies, improve performance, and manage risks while ensuring availability and profitability of parts and accessories.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Drives and refines the long-term strategic initiatives to optimize the Fixed Operations supply chain process, reduce costs, and improve operational performance across all segments of the supply chain which include Service Parts and Accessories Inventory Planning, Parts Information Coordination, Export, and Regional Distribution Center (RDC) network.
