You’ll be leading a team of Technicians, alongside Service Advisors and Parts Advisors to deliver the departmental objectives, brand commitments – alongside consistent customer service excellence.

Responsibilities will include: –

• Managing your team, ensuring all agreed customer service targets are met and the brand experience is delivered.
