Our department’s core responsibilities include spare parts supply and turnover, further business development, repair expertise for high voltage, warranty, service excellence, loyalty offers, service marketing and homologation for new cars.

Gaining insights about the Aftersales department daily operations

Supporting in various activities within the team, including parts pricing, business target calculation, product management and communication

Personal assistance to the Aftersales Director, to support her on strategic topics

Support in creating leadership presentations for business reviews and management meetings

Managing monthly, quarterly and ad hoc performance reporting
