About The Role

ARC (The Australian Reinforcing Company) is looking for a self-driven individual to join our Glendenning branch as an Afternoon Shift Supervisor. You will take ownership of the safety, manufacturing, loading execution, and logistics performance of the shift. You will lead daily operational activities, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.

This is a 12-month contract position, an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to build confidence, and extend their leadership experience in the steel industry.

The hours for this role are 12:30 PM – 9PM, Monday to Friday with reasonable levels of overtime expected.
