Job Responsibilities
Oversee daily centre operations—managing staffing schedules, ensuring programme delivery (academic support, enrichment, holiday activities), coordinating logistics, and upholding safety standards
Ensure smooth execution of curriculum-based programmes and daily routines as planned
Recruit, train, supervise, mentor, and evaluate centre staff, including student care teachers
Organise and facilitate parent engagement activities like meetings, workshops, and events
Manage administrative tasks such as enrollment, attendance tracking, student records, and fee/payment follow-ups
Familiar with the MOE Syllabus up to date
