In this context, we are looking for an After-Sales Service Assistant  for a 4- to 6-month internship , based in Zurich , starting in July/September 2026 .  

Key Responsibilities   
As part of one of our Fashion boutiques, your main responsibilities will include:  
Welcoming and assisting clients throughout the entire after-sales process, in line with CHANEL's client experience standards, after-sales service philosophy, and the CHANEL & moi  commitment.
