Responsibilities
- Greet and assist after-sales customers; provide consultation and service guidance
- Perform product intake and create work orders according to company policies
- Assist customers with repair, return, exchange, and inspection processes
- Track repair progress and proactively update customers on status
- Handle initial complaints and unusual issues; provide basic resolution or escalates as needed
- Help maintain order and a positive customer experience in the service area
- Complete other tasks assigned by management
Requirements
- Associate degree or higher (no major restriction)
- English B1 level & conversational Spanish
- Customer service, retail, or after-sales experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and service awareness
- Proficient in office software and basic system operations
