After Hours Service Manager

Are you a calm, experienced leader who thrives when it matters most?

This casual, work-from-home role (20 hours per fortnight) plays a critical role as the central point of contact for urgent matters outside business hours. You’ll support staff, customers, clients, and the broader community, providing reassurance, guidance, and decisive action in complex or time-sensitive situations.

About the Role

Our After Hours Service operates:

• 4:00pm – 9:00am Monday to Friday
• 24/7 on weekends and public holidays

You’ll join a highly skilled team of Service Managers with diverse backgrounds across the disability sector, including nursing, emergency services, mental health, and senior leadership. Together, you ensure continuity of care, safety, and quality outcomes when it matters most.

While predominantly remote, you’ll stay connected through regular collaboration and occasional in-person team interactions.
