Job Description

 Part time, ongoing, phone based role supporting practitioners, shift based
 Flexibility to be based in either Metro Melbourne or Bendigo 
 Hourly rates start at $51.90 per hour plus super
  Your role: 
 The role calls for experienced practitioners to work in a busy service responding to complex after hours matters supporting our 28 residential units, foster carers and any other person needing support. Shifts are 8hrs in length 4.30pm-1am, 7pm-3.30am or 12.30am-9am and 8.30am-5pm on weekends
 The role is mainly phone based, you need to be able to make complex decisions, offer expert advice and problem solve.
  About you 
 Experience is key, you are making tough decisions over the phone
 Previous experience working with young people of all ages 
 Experience working with young people self harming, experiencing mental health issues or substance affected
