AFSIM Modeling and Simulation Engineer

**Description**

Leidos is seeking an **AFSIM Modeling and Simulation Engineer** with an active TS/SCI at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. This role combines strong technical expertise with excellent collaboration skills, working alongside government personnel, contractors, and a team of engineers and scientists to solve complex challenges involving highly advanced systems.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

+ Develop and integrate system models (satellites, radars, aircraft, missiles, command & control) into a large-scale, many-on-many AFSIM simulation environment.
+ Collaborate closely with a small, cross-functional team of government and contractor staff.
+ Create AFSIM representations of space and ground systems for AF/DoD use, applying engineering judgment to address intelligence gaps and accurately model real-world systems.
+ Utilize CI/CD tools to test and evaluate AFSIM models prior to delivery.
