• Affiliate Network Ownership — Maintain and grow the existing affiliate base — regular check-ins, promo updates, and performance-based incentives. Identify high-potential affiliates for deeper activation and keep churn low.
• New Affiliate Recruitment — Source and onboard relevant affiliates (micro-creators, cashback communities, digital resellers) from Shopee Affiliate, TikTok Shop, and other channels. Own the full registration-to-activation flow.
• Content Direction & QC — Prepare and distribute regular promotional briefs — key messages, P1945 do's & don'ts, and updated visual assets. Set a self-certification checklist so manual QC is reserved for content going into paid or amplified placements.
• Campaign Execution — Execute affiliate campaigns aligned with the promo calendar (Flash Sale, Double Date...
