This role involves hands-on, high-precision manufacturing in a fast-paced aerospace environment, focusing on post-processing, inspection, sub-assembly, and testing to meet aggressive engine build targets.
Responsibilities

+ Perform hand finishing, deburring, and support removal on additively manufactured aerospace components.

+ Execute wet/dry blasting and media finishing processes.

+ Conduct precision cleaning, including FOD removal and wax/support removal.

+ Support inspection, assembly, and pressure testing of components.

+ Follow detailed work instructions, SOPs, and travelers.

+ Ensure strict adherence to cleanliness, quality, and safety standards.

+ Accurately complete documentation and electronic data entry.
