Aerospace Modeling and Simulation Engineer

**Description**

Leidos is seeking a motivated, detailed-oriented problem-solver to join our modeling and simulation team as an **Aerospace Modeling and Simulation Engineer** in Dayton, OH. You will play a valuable part in developing and testing models of aerospace systems, to include air-launched weapons; ballistic missile systems; avionics; hypersonic vehicles; and guidance, navigation, and controls across a wide range of projects and programs.

**Primary Responsibilities**

+ Develop, integrate, and test models of aerospace systems based on provided information, research, and engineering principles.
+ Document model performance against requirements.
+ Document algorithm design.
+ Work collaboratively with an engineering team comprised of internal and external team members.
+ Interact with external stakeholders to define requirements and perform model demonstrations.
