Aerospace Component Mechanical Integrity Specialist

We are seeking experienced Mechanical Integrity Engineers with strong expertise in Stress Analysis and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to ensure the structural integrity and reliability of aerospace components. This role involves detailed mechanical analysis across a wide range of engine commodities and supports the full lifecycle of product development—from concept to in-service support and disposal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform stress analysis and FEA simulations to validate mechanical integrity of components such as fans, compressors, casings, combustors, turbines, and structures.
• Apply FEA tools (e.G., Abaqus, Ansys, LS-Dyna) to predict mechanical behavior under various loading conditions including fatigue (low & high cycle), creep, vibration, thermal loads, and extreme operating scenarios (blade-out, over-speed, burst duct)....
