Job Description

We are currently seeking a Ground-Hand to join our Aerial department immediately. In this role, you will support the aerial lineman with various manual tasks, including preparing tools, managing supplies, digging trenches, and driving trucks or reel tenders. The position requires being available for on-call rotations to assist the team. We are looking for motivated, team-oriented, and hardworking individuals who are eager to grow with our company.


  • Employee will be subjected to outside weather conditions

  • Employee could be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, cold, heat and humidity.

  • The noise level in the work environment can often be loud

  • The employee is frequently exposed to slow- or fast-moving traffic in the work environment

  • Operators must be willing to work overtime as dictated by workload volumes.
