, you will have the opportunity to: You will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders to understand their needs, gather feedback, and address any concerns promptly. Design, implement, and manage customer advocacy programs, including reference and testimonial programs, to turn satisfied customers into enthusiastic advocates. Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling customer success stories, cases studies and testimonials that highlight the value of our products.
