Responsibilities

You will work directly with mainstream schools, providing high‑quality advice, guidance and practical strategies to support the inclusion of children and young people with a wide range of additional needs. This includes modelling effective classroom approaches, supporting individual and whole‑school strategies, and delivering training to build confidence and capacity in school staff. Your work will help ensure that children and young people feel understood, supported and able to thrive in their learning environments.
