Job Summary
The incumbent contributes to the implementation of talent management initiatives and inclusion priorities. In collaboration with Human Resources teams and business partners, the incumbent supports the deployment of programs that foster an inclusive work environment and contributes to improving workforce representation. The role supports activities related to Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), inclusion events and the tracking of selected metrics, thereby contributing to the achievement of organizational inclusion objectives.
Main Responsibilities
Support Implementation of Inclusion Initiatives – 40%
- Contribute to the coordination and rollout of inclusion and talent management initiatives
- Collaborate with internal partners to support program implementation and ensure alignment of inclusion messaging across the organization
